"Olskogens"
Wildernesski
After hardly
more than ten years this ski is a real necessity for hunters, forest workers
and people who likes the countryside. The good skiing qualities,
low weight and reasonable price has made a great sucess.
"Olskogens" Wildernesski is a ski with
maximum bearing capacity in soft snow.
The ski is built of laminated birch around
a core of spruce which makes the ski very leight. Edges made of hickory.
The ski is lifted up insted of plowing deep in the snow because the shovel
is wide. A light bent upwards at the end of the ski makes it possible
ski backwards without problem.
The low weight makes the ski very
comfortable even in soft snow and after a very long skitour. In order
to get the most of the ski you must use a toebinding
and some kind of snowgaiter then you have skiing like newer before.
Like every woodenski they must have taar as the first layer of skiwax.
We can
also produce the ski with a groundlayer of hickory.

1. Baseski is 80mm wide and length: 2400, 2200, 2000 and 1800mm.
3. Furthermore we are offering a 90mm
wide ski for the little bigger people.
Besides skis and sticks we sell the best
naturally burned taar for the ground wax and
kabel bindings.
Bear-stick
A stick like
they were in the old days
made to keep you on top of the snow.
The body of the stick is "tonkin" a strong
but very leight material. The stick has a
plasticring with a leathercross and diameters: 140 or 160mm. It has a forged
spike that bites on the most slippery ice.
The handle has an adjustable strap. |
